Harley Davidson Cake

A vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream.  The letters and the surrounding flame were hand cut and the side of the cake was embossed with a tire tread mark which unfortunately cannot be viewed well in the picture.

Superhero Cake

A 2 tier chocolate cake with chocolate icing, separated into 4 favourite superhero's!
A lot of superhero action on this cake :) I added gold lustre dust on the Iron Man cake, I glazed the black web detailing on Spiderman, and I dusted the Hulk's hand with 3 different shades of green to give it more dimension.

Movember Cake

I made a Movember designed cake to be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the great cause!
I had a great time coming up with a cute way to create a Movember theme!
This is a chocolate cake with expresso buttercream icing.

Baby Shower Cake

I really enjoyed making this baby shower cake.  It is so sweet and whimsical :)  Truthfully, anything  with a pink, green, and brown colour combination along with a little glitter is right down my alley ;)
This is a vanilla cake with a favourite of mine; salted caramel buttercream, drizzled with extra caramel!

Cake Ring Box

I was recently challenged to make a cake that resembled a specific ring box and matching wedding bands for a couples 2nd wedding anniversary.  I had a lot of fun designing it and putting it all together!
The cake was chocolate with chocolate icing.  The rings were done out of sugar paste and painted with edible shimmer dust and shimmer paints.  The clasps were done with sugar paste as well, using a chocolate mould and afterwards carved into a design that I thought would fit best with the overall design. After the moulds dried, they were  painted with a gold shimmer paint. After everything was put together, the fondant was glazed to resemble a glossy cherry wood finish.
